My High School Years (1977-1981)

I attended Goddard High School in Roswell, New Mexico between 1977 and 1981. I drove a Volkswagen van. It always had a drum set, a small PA system, and a guitar in the back, because I played with many different bands, accompanied many different theater and musical productions, accomompanied school choirs and church choirs, and played many solo gigs whenever I wasn’t participating in sports or helping my father run his traveling summer camp. There were times when I didn’t have time to change clothes after football and/or track practice, so I would end up wearing my football pants and/or track sweats to rehearsals.
